THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Union Minister Pon Radhakrishnan will inaugurate the public meeting to be held at Shanghumugham beach on Sunday at 5.30 pm being organised as part of the “Ganesha vigraha nimanjanam”.
As part of the campaign for ‘’Ganesha vigraha nimanjana yathra’’, BJP parliamentary party leader in the Thiruvananthapuram Corporation Ashok Kumar on Saturday led a rath yatra across the various divisions of the city.
The rath yatra passed through Kalady, Manakkad, Attukal, Sreevaraham, Palkulangara, Pettah, Manikandeswaram, Fort, Sreekandeswaram and Medical college, Kazhakkoottam, Sreekarayam, Mannanthala, Kesavdasapuram, Nalanchira, Peroorkada, Vattiyoorkavu, Kawdiar, Thycaud, Poojappura and Jagathy.
Warm welcome was accorded to the rath yathra at these centres. Ananthapuri Dharama Parishad is organising the meeting.
