State Govt’s View Sought on Bail Pleas

KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Friday sought the view of the State Government on the bail pleas filed by three CPM activists who are accused in a case related to the murder of Navas, who was hacked to death on a mistaken identity at Perinjanam in Thrissur.

Justice A Hariprasad adjourned the hearing of the bail petitions filed by sixth accused C U Habeeb, seventh accused Saneesh and eighth accused Ramdas to Tuesday. 

The prosecution case is that Thaliyappadathu Navas was hacked to death at Perinjanam by the accused persons on March 2.
