KOTTAYAM: The golden jubilee celebrations of the Kerala Congress(M) will begin on Saturday, with a meeting of labourers organised by the KTUC(M), the trade union wing of the party, in Kollam. Various programmes and events will be organised as part of the celebrations, which will come to a close on October 9.
The Kerala State Teachers’ Front(KSTF) will organise a teachers’ meet and rally in Thodupuzha on Sunday, while the Kerala Youth Front(M) will conduct a mass rally and public meeting in Kottayam on Tuesday. A community marriage programme will be held under the auspices of the party on October 6.
The celebrations will conclude on October 9.
