THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CPM has demanded the Solar Commission to submit an interim repot based on the evidence that it had collected. Terming the new revelations made by Biju Radhakrishnan on handing over `5.5 crore bribe to Chief Minister ‘shocking’, CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan said the new evidence have validated the earlier allegations raised against Chief Minister.
The new revelations assert that Team Solar company was floated with the chief minister’s blessings, Kodiyeri alleged. “These are shocking revelations against a Chief Minister, to the extent that we wonder whether any CM will indulge in such things.
He pointed out that whenever Chandy was asked about his behind the door conversation with Biju Radhakrishnan at Ernakulam Guest House, he had refused to divulge the details. Now Biju Radhakrishnan has revealed that the talks pertained to financial transactions. Biju has also revealed about the profit share agreement behind the Team solar project.Once the Solar Commission submits its interim report, all information they have received so far will be out in the open.
