Sudheeran.jpgTHIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The KPCC will organise a prayer meeting in Thiruvananthapuram to protest against the omission of Chief Minister Oommen Chandy from the R Sankar statue unveiling ceremony in Kollam on Tuesday. KPCC president V M Sudheeran said Chandy and Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala would attend the prayer meeting. Sudheeran said the organisers had earlier invited Chandy to the function before changing their stance. “The Yogam’s stance is a challenge not only to the CM but also to the Kerala society and Sree Narayana Guru’s ideals,” he added.
