MLA Quits Chairman Post of Committee

THRISSUR: Even after the national games competitions began to roll with a positive note in the cultural capital from Sunday onwards after months-long contentions, debates, charges, counter-charges, and public revulsion, the controversies related to the smooth conduct of the event refuse to die down. In the latest development, CPI representative V S Sunilkumar MLA resigned from the chairman post of the transportation committee for the national games citing corruption and mismanagement.
