KOCHI: The Department of Physics, Cusat, in collaboration with the Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA) Resource Centre-Kochi and SPIE-Cusat Student Chapter is organizing a one-day seminar as part of the ‘Centenary Year of General Relativity’ and the ‘International Year of Light’ on February 24.
Former CUSAT VC K Babu Joseph, A N Ramaprakash of IUCAA, P P Divakaran, formerly of TIFR, Mumbai, and Ramesh Babu T of the Department of Physics, CUSAT, will speak on the occasion. The seminar will be followed by a Sky Watch Programme from 6 to 8 pm.
