KOZHIKODE: The Mahatma Gandhi Charitable Foundation, Vadakara, would distribute 100 wheelchairs to marginalised people in connection with the first anniversary celebrations of the foundation, the organisers told a press conference here on Wednesday.
Nutrition treatment camp, free eye and tooth test, ayurveda camp, blood group identification camp and various contests will be also held at the Vadakara Town Hall.
Vadakara MP Mullappally Ramachandran will inaugurate it. C K Nanu MLA will preside over.
Chairman Prakash Ponmeri and president Mohammed Ishai attended the press conference.
