THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Venkatachalapathy K has taken charge as the General Manager (Network II), State Bank of India, Thiruvananthapuram Circle. He will be in charge of the SBI branches in North Kerala.
Before taking up this assignment, he was Deputy General Manager (Information Technology) at the Corporate Centre, State Bank Bhavan, Mumbai, a press release issued by the bank has said.
