KOCHI: The Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (Kufos) has extended the last date till May 23 for submitting application of admission to MSc, MBA, MFSc, MTech, LLM, PG, PhD and Diploma programmes offered by the varsity.
MSc is offered in disciplines such as physical oceanography and ocean modelling, biological oceanography and biodiversity, food Science and technology; statistics, remote sensing and GIS; applied geosciences; disaster management; bio-technology and bio-Informatics; marine micro biology and marine dugs; climate science; and marine chemistry.
The university is offering two MBA programmes, of which one is with specialisation in fisheries/human resource/marketing/finance/rural management. The other one is in energy management.
MTech is offered in Integrated Coastal Zone Management, Ocean and Coastal Safety Engineering, Coastal and Harbour Engineering, and Fisheries Engineering.
