PATHANAMTHITTA: The annual vallasadya offerings at Aranmula Lord Parthasarathi temple will begin on July 15.
Addressing a news conference here, Palliyoda Seva Sangham president Dr K G Sasidharan Pillai said that the sangham in association with the devaswom authorities would introduce single window system for the conduct of vallasadya with the broad objective of achieving transparency and to prevent exploitation of the devotees by middlemen.
Dr Sasidharan Pillai said that the vallasadya booking, which began on May 1, touched 200 and is expected to cross the 500-mark during the coming season, which would conclude on October 2.
