THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Office of the Drugs Controller on Wednesday said it will take stringent action against those creating the artificial shortage of medicine in the state. The drugs controller said there is no shortage of medicine due to the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST). The reports suggesting there are technical difficulties in selling drugs stocked before July 1 is baseless, the drugs controller said.
