Woman-Breaches

A contractual staffer at Regional Plant Resource Centre took the securitymen of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik by surprise when she managed to approach the CM’s vehicle without any difficulty on Wednesday morning.

Chanda Bindhani, as she was identified, wanted to air her grievances to Naveen and chose the occasion when the CM was leaving the RPRC premises after an event.

As the motorcade was beginning to move, Chanda came out of nowhere and headed to the car.

Naveen, however, was generous enough and asked his securitymen to allow her to speak to him. Chanda offered him a bouquet of flowers and a representation about improvement of service conditions.

The Chief Minister enjoys a multi-layered security. He is piloted by a vehicle and trailed by a protection car with armed personnel besides personal security officers. Despite Maoist threat, Naveen has maintained a low security cover for himself.
