Relax-,-rejuvenate

At a time, when lifestyle changes have taken a toll on our well being and health, relaxation centres and spas have opened their doors with various options to destress, commune with one’s inner self and discover bliss. And the 14-seater spa lounge by Pal Heights at the Bhubaneswar airport promises to provide that much needed relief and relaxation for those travelling for long hours.

The spa lounge that was opened last week, offers different types of foot, neck, shoulder and back massages and facials to soothe those frayed nerves. While massages last between 30 minutes and one hour, the price range begins from Rs 578.

Some of the interesting foot massages being offered in the spa lounge are Blue Berry Cheese massage, Muscle Fuel, Chocolate massage and Stone massage.

Harman Pal of Pal Heights said there are five masseurs for the spa lounge and they are trained from the Seven Seas Spa Saloon group. ‘’For even a domestic traveller, a flight takes around five hours considering the waiting and travelling period. Hence, this spa lounge will help travellers in rejuvenating themselves during their waiting period at the airport. It’s total value for money,’’ he said.
