4th national HR conclave held at KIIT

The School of Management of KIIT University hosted its 4th National HR Conclave here on Saturday in association with National HRD Network (NHRDN).

The theme of this year’s conclave was “Power of choice - Transforming the talent landscape.”

It was inaugurated by National President, National HRD Network  Rajeev Dubey, also Group HR & Executive Board Member of Mahindra & Mahindra.

In his speech, Dubey stressed the need for a dream supported by the will to transform it into reality.

He said innovation is the key to success in organisations.

Delivering the keynote address, Saroj Mahapatra, president of NHRDN, Bhubaneswar Chapter emphasised the importance of talent spotting and development in the managerial arena.

Vice-Chancellor of KIIT University PP Mathur spoke about the need for self-efficacy in the youths to exercise the power of choice.

Among others, Dean of School of Management, Ashok Sar also spoke.

The inaugural ceremony was followed by a panel discussion.
