Two held for duping investors in Komna

Two persons were arrested by Komna police on charge of duping investors. They were working as agents of a para-banking company - Reliable Growth Marketing Solutions Private Limited.

Identified as Biswajit Panda (36) of Bilenjore and Nakula Naik (35) of Kandelbahali, both under Komna police limits, they were produced in a local court which remanded them in judicial custody on Monday.

Four others - Kaibalya Khetri, Iswar Naik, Anil Dubey and Sushil Shukla - all residents of Komna block and wanted in the case, are absconding.

According to reports, the company was operating in Bilenjore village and on August 7, its office shut down. This led to outrage among the investors who gheraoed Komna police station demanding arrest of officials of the company.

A complaint was also lodged by one Hitesh Duria over the issue and acting on the complaint, police arrested the two on Sunday night.
