Trader robbed of Rs 3 lakh

Two miscreants on Monday evening looted Rs 3 lakh from a man and his son near Uditnagar over-bridge under Uditnagar police limits.

Two miscreants on Monday evening looted Rs 3 lakh from a man and his son near Uditnagar over-bridge under Uditnagar police limits.

Uditnagar IIC Sujata Panda said the businessman Harinarayan Singh accompanied by his son Koushal had withdrawn the amount from Canara bank. They were returning on a motorcycle and had hung the money bag to the handle.

Miscreants arrived on another motorcycle and snatched away the money. A case has been registered. Recently, two businessmen were looted under similar circumstances here.
