49 booked for malpractice

Forty-nine students were booked for malpractice during the plus-two examination under the Council for Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) on Wednesday.

 The Arts and Commerce students of junior colleges appeared for their English paper today. Several students from Madhuban Junior College in Jajpur were booked for malpractice.

 Around 17 squads were sent for invigilation from Bhubaneswar. Most of the students were booked by the central squad, which is a part of the four-tier squad system.

The central squad conducts surprise visits to the examination centres.
