It is time again for the Festival of Colours. To add colour to the festival, Hotel Empires has planned a Holi Milan on March 24. Promising to be fun and frolic all the way, the Holi Milan will include several events like karaoke, dance competitions, face painting competitions, live DJ and much more at the Rajdarbar in the hotel. These will be accompanied by an array of lip-smacking snacks and beverages.

The theme of Colourful India will find an echo in the décor of the hotel where vivid cloth streamers will be entwined along the balustrades and bandhini turbans artistically placed in nooks and corners. While the tickets have been priced at `999 per couple, single entries will be charged `499. Visitors will be served complimentary drinks.

Sanjay Mishra, F & B Manager of the hotel, said it’s surely going to be good fun for the visitors.

This apart, the Bandhej and Salt n Pepper restaurants of the hotel are hosting a lunch and dinner buffet respectively where the chef will be serving six varieties of non-vegetarian items including chicken, mutton, prawn and fish and as many vegetarian varieties besides, six kinds of desserts. ‘’While the buffet lunch will be served from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm, dinner at Salt n Pepper will begin from 7.30 pm to 11 pm. The buffet festival will continue for two months,’’ said Mishra.

Desserts will include three varieties of bakery items, two North Indian sweets and one Odia sweetmeat. ‘’Besides, we are also hosting a ‘Buy One Get One Free’ a la carte at Salt n Pepper where if you order one dish, you will get another free,’’ Mishra added.
