BHUBANESWAR: Department of Higher Education (DHE) will refund admission fee of students wanting to switch colleges covered under Student Academic Management System (SAMS) during the ongoing admissions for academic session 2014-15.

Earlier students had to forfeit the admission fee if they changed their college. But after the implementation of online admission mechanism by DHE, students can now get a refund of the admission fee after deduction of `100 as processing fee.

Admissions based on second selection list for Plus Two colleges will begin from Friday and for Plus Three colleges from July 25. The decision will come handy for students wanting to opt for a transfer during second phase admissions.
