DHENKANAL: Motanga Police arrested two persons in connection with the murder of Mangilall Rungta Ferro Alloys associate vice-president (AVP) on Wednesday. The two accused, Sujit Sahoo (25) and Tikayat Pradhan (27) , who were detained on Tuesday after the attack on AVP Siba Narayan Mishra, were produced in a local court, which rejected their bail pleas and sent them to district jail.
Police said the two are land losers of Motanga village under Motanga Police limits. They were among the group of workers who had detained the vehicle of Mishra while he was on his way to the factory. They attacked Mishra mercilessly with iron rods.
