Aeronautics Students Drown

KORAPUT: Two students of Aeronautics College, Sunabeda got drowned in Rani Duduma waterfall in Koraput district where they had gone for a picnic along with a few other friends on Tuesday.

 A group of 11 students, including four girls, had gone from Sunabeda to Rani Duduma waterfall for the picnic in the morning when the mishap took place.  One student fell into the waterfall while taking photographs. Another student, who jumped to save his friend, was also swept away.  An ODRAF team rushed to the spot and recovered the bodies. The deceased have been identified as Sujit Kumar Nayak and Kaibalya Rout of plus-2 second year.
