Bhubaneswar: The State Government has finalised a ` 1,600 crore-project for development of Sambalpur town.
A decision to this effect was taken at a high-level meeting presided over by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at the State Secretariat here. The project includes development of roads, drinking water supply, drainage and flood control. Official sources said Samaleswari temple will be developed with construction of guest houses, parking place and other infrastructure.
