BHUBANESWAR:The court of Khurda District and Sessions Judge on Wednesday rejected the bail application of former Crime Branch DSP Pramod Panda.
The court had heard Panda's bail application on Tuesday and reserved its judgment. Panda, an accused in the multi-crore Artha Tatwa (AT) Group scam, has been under judicial custody on charges of deriving undue financial benefits from the ponzi firm.
