Khimji Repairs 'Ratna Chita' of Puri Trinity

BHUBANESWAR: With the Rath Yatra two weeks away, repair and restoration work of the ‘Ratna Chita’ (forehead ornaments) of the three deities of Sri Jaganath Temple, Puri is underway.

Since these ornaments need repair after years of wear and tear, the Sri Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) decided to entrust the work to Khimji Jewellers. 

Director, Khimji Jewellers, Mitesh Khimji said, the work is being undertaken at Navikata Mandap on Jagannath Temple premises by two most experienced artisans under direct supervision of the temple administration and servitors’ representatives.
