CUTTACK: The Orissa High Court on Thursday granted bail to land broker Dharmendra Bothra who was arrested by CBI for links with the chit fund scam last year.
A single judge bench of Justice Raghubir Das granted the bail with conditions of `30 lakh cash deposit and `one lakh security along with two sureties of the like amount.
Bothra had been arrested by CBI on September 22 last year in connection with the `1000-odd crore AT Group ponzi scam.
He had allegedly acted as the broker for the land deals of AT group chief Pradip Sethi.
