BERHAMPUR:The CBI Inspector DV Mitrawala on Thursday interacted with Chief District Medical Officer (CDMO) of District Headquarters Hospital, Ananda Padhi, about the details of medical treatment provided to Itishree Pradhan.
He also held discussions with the ADMO (Medical), SP Padhi.
Mitrawala had arrived in Rayagada on Wednesday to conduct the seventh phase of inquiry into the killing of the 27-year-old school teacher, who was also a victim of sexual harassment.
Belonging to Pipili, Itishree was working as a teacher in an upper primary school at Tikiri in Rayagada district when she was allegedly subjected to sexual harassment by Dandasena.
On October 27, 2013, Itishree was set ablaze on the school premises by some unidentified persons. On November 1, she succumbed to the burn injuries.
