RAYAGADA: Verdict in Itishree Pradhan murder case was postponed due to the absence of District Judge, Janab Mohammad Ajmal, in the district court on Saturday. The final judgment has been rescheduled on April 26.
Belonging to Pipili, Itishree was working as a teacher in an upper primary school at Tikiri in Rayagada when she was allegedly subjected to sexual harassment by inspector of schools N Dandasena. On October 27, 2013, Itishree was set ablaze on the school premises by some unidentified persons. On November 1, she succumbed to burn injuries.
