BHUBANESWAR: The State Committee of the CITU on Monday decided to extend its support to the decision of the Central trade body to protest the anti-labour policies of the Union and State Governments.

Accusing the Centre of adopting anti-labour policies, national vice-president of CITU Bishnu Mohanty said major trade unions of the State will observe March 10 as protest day over the Centre’s indifference towards the 12-point charter of demands and its unwillingness to restart discussion for working out concrete steps for resolution of the issues.
