Preparations for PM's Meet Reviewed

PARADIP: Director-General of Police (DGP) Kanwar Brajesh Singh on Tuesaday visited the venue where Paradip Refinery will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 7 and reviewed security arrangements with the local police.

 Accompanied by IGP (central range) RP Koche, he went round the facilities set up at the site for the Prime Minister’s meeting. A five-tier security ring will be thrown around the venue while the Special Protection Group jawans would stay in close proximity to the Prime Minister. As many as 1.5 lakh people are expected to attend the event.
