BHUBANESWAR: A 38-year-old man, Kuna Mangaraj, was shot at by a miscreant at Jharpada here on Wednesday.
The incident occurred at around 10.45 pm when Mangaraj was settling a dispute with some of his associates near Balaji Apartment in Jharpada. A youth came on a motorcycle, fired one round at Managaraj and fled. Mangaraj sustained a bullet injury on chest and was rushed to Capital Hospital in a critical condition, Laxmi Sagar IIC Rajat Ray said. Mangaraj was shifted to a private hospital after his condition deteriorated. Police have launched a manhunt to nab the accused who has already been identified.
