Jharpada Firing: Youth Arrested

BHUBANESWAR: The Commissionerate of Police on Friday arrested a youth, Amit Patnaik, who was involved in a firing incident which occurred at Jharpada here on February 3.

The accused had fired one round at one Kuna Mangaraj in a fit of rage. Mangaraj sustained injuries on his shoulder and was rushed to a private hospital for treatment.

While Amit is likely to be produced in court on Saturday, Laxmi Sagar police has launched a manhunt for his associates.
