PURI: The carcass of another whale found near the confluence of river Mangala on Tuesday has sent the forest officials into a tizzy. This being the fifth dead whale washed ashore in the region, environmentalists attribute the syndrome to high tide in the absence of any other plausible reason. Last month, carcasses of more than 60 whales were sighted along the coast in Tamil Nadu.
