BHUBANESWAR: Former Dean of Odisha College of Veterinary Science Prof Bibekananda Mohanty was conferred the Doctor of Science at 35th annual convocation of Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) here on Wednesday.
He received the honour from Chancellor of Universities SC Jamir for his contribution to veterinary education and research.
