CM urged to foot Bill for treating acid attack victim

Federation for People’s Rights has  urged Chief Minister N Rangasamy to bear the medical expenses of Vinothini from Karaikal who lost her eyesight in an acid attack. Federation secretary G Sugumaran said Vinothini was being treated in a hospital in Chennai.

She was supposed to undergo super specialised  treatment, but her family could not afford it. Hence, the Chief Minister should come forward to bear the medical expenses and provide adequate compensation to her family.
