The CBI inquiry into the Paramakudi police firing that led to the death of six dalits would bring out the truth about the real offenders who resorted to firing on September 11 last year, said John Pandian, president of Tamilaga Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam, here on Sunday. He warned that if the CBI probe did not meet expectations, a massive procession of dalits from different parts of the state would be taken out in the district.
He alleged that some conspirators had framed a plot to create problems at Emanual Sekaran’s memorial day, which was perfectly executed by some police officials. However, the CM was not aware of it and she was innocent, he said.
