DINDIGUL: A 16-year-old boy drowned in a private swimming pool at Dindigul on Tuesday.
According to police Kaushik Prasanna (16) a Standard X student of East Tambaram in Chennai, who had come to his grandparents’ house in Dindigul for summer vacation, along with his friend had gone to a private swimming near the GH here. No guard was present when the duo went for a swim, police said. The police have filed a case. Kaushik’s father Hariharan is a computer engineer .
