The Kottakuppam police on Tuesday arrested ten persons in connection with the killing of a murder-accused Sivanesan, at Chinna Kottakuppam in Villupuram district.
The arrested were identified as Thilip Kumar (26), of Mettupalayam, Sooriya (22),of Vanarapet, Vasudevan (22), of Ouppalam, Manigandan (22) of Nonanpalayam, Raju ((39) of Vinoba Nagar, Kutta Ramesh (39) of Kottakuppam, KannukuttiGanesh (29) of Muthryarpalayam, Sherin (26), of Mahe, Murali (21) of Reddiarpalayam and Sivakumar (26) of Mettupalayam.
The notorious rowdy, Sivanesan (37), of Goundampalayam in Thattanchavady, was killed by a gang at his house in Chinna Kottakuppam lsat week. Sivanesan was an accused in the history- sheeter Testhan’s murder case.
