Health Minister K C Veeramani distributed free laptops to 755 students of the Sacred Heart College in Tirupattur at a function organised on Saturday.

Veeramani said that the Chief Minister by launching the free laptop scheme for the school and college students had fulfilled her poll promise. A higher allocation of funds had also been made for this project, he added. Chief Minister Jayalalithaa is making a revolution in education and “I want all of you to make use of all the facilities provided by the government”, he told the students.
