A consultative meeting for the forthcoming Adi Krithigai, was held at Rathnagiri temple on Tuesday, chaired by Ranipet RDO M Priyadharshini.
Officials from several departments and temple trustee Balamuruganadimai Swamigal participated. Police officials said around 300 cops will be on duty and three help centres would be set up during the festival this year. Drinking water, toilet and bathroom facilities would also be provided to devotees.
