P Kubendran, who was the Regional Director of Municipal Administration (RDMA) in Madurai, has been posted to Vellore region. Kubendran was the first Corporation Commissioner of Vellore after the Vellore Municipality was upgraded to a Corporation. Meanwhile, Natarajan, who was holding charge as the RDMA of Vellore, Tiruvannamalai and Villupuram districts, has been transferred as RDMA of Madurai.
