Students Told to Fix a Goal, Achieve it

PUDUCHERRY: Achariya Arts and Science College celebrated its 5th Graduation Day on Saturday. Dr V Manickavasagam, Registrar, Alagappa University, delivered the graduation day address and distributed degree certificates to all the graduates.

In his address, he advised students to fix a goal and  achieve it with courage, confidence and commitment.

In all, 344 students of various disciplines including 15 undergraduate and two postgraduate programmes were awarded degrees. Seven students in various disciplines: A Deepa - B Com(CS); R Vinothini - B Com(CS); S Yesoda - BCA; R Mohana Priya - B Sc(Bio Infomatics); R Kumaran, B Sc (Chemistry); R Vinodhini - B Sc(Viscom); and R Ramachandran - M Sc(Bio- technology) secured university ranks and were awarded gold medals.
