CHENNAI: After Express through the ongoing DBTL TNIE Campaign highlighted the issue of non-English literate consumers struggling to fill the DBTL registration forms, a senior official of Bharat Petroleum approached us to help the company draft bilingual forms in English and Tamil.
As part of our Editorial Social Responsibility, Express shall translate into Tamil the English texts in Forms 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the DBTL for printing by Bharat Petroleum for the benefit of thousands of LPG consumers across the State.
Bharatgas shall print about 10 lakh bilingual forms for distribution within a week, said D Srinivasan, Bharat Petroleum Territory Coordinator Sales (LPG), Chennai.
