Condemning the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for levelling ‘baseless’ charges against the Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, Narayanasamy said that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) was trying to  divert the attention of the people from the real issues.

The AAP Chief Minister has levelled baseless allegations against top politicians and leaders, including Rahul Gandhi and Narendra Modi.

This clearly showed his quality as a politician, Narayanasamy added.

The Union Minister said that some newspapers were functioning in support of Narendra Modi by  not mentioning his name in the reports while bringing Rahul Gandhi’s name in order to malign him.

He also urged that the newspapers in the country should be neutral and desist from making wild allegations, which are baseless.
