TET Training for Visually Challenged

A 40-day coaching for the visually challenged candidates with a degree in education and aspiring to appear for the Special Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) is being offered by the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) at Ranipet, said  director Basheer Ahmed.

A 40-day coaching for the visually challenged candidates with a degree in education and aspiring to appear for the Special Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) is being offered by the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) at Ranipet, said  director Basheer Ahmed.

Applications in this regard could be obtained from the DIET office at Ranipet, Mary Immaculate Teacher Training Institute, Tirupattur, Union Teacher Training Institute at Virudhampattu, Concordia Teacher Training Institute at Ambur and Meer Teacher Training Institute at Sholinghur up to Feb 19. Job Fair on Feb 15

A job fair is being organized by the district employment office at Gudiyattam on Feb 15 as part of the private placement activities. District employment officer Arunagiri said many companies were expected to recruit candidates on the occasion.

Unemployed candidates with qualification of tenth standard, plus two, diploma, degree (except engineering degrees), nursing, in the age group of 18 to 28 can participate in the fair. For the post of security, the age limit for the candidates is up to 40.

The aspiring candidates should arrive for the interview and other screening along with a job application, certificates of proof of educational qualification and other credentials at the venue of the fair at KMG Arts and Science College, Gudiyattam) at 10 am.
