MADURAI: A petition has been filed in the Madurai HC Bench for a direction to publish the written examination results of Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP) Grade II held in April last year.
P Ameen, an advocate from Madurai filed a PIL plea stating that the TNPSC conducted an exam on April 27 and 28 to fill 88 posts of APP Grade II.
The petitioner contended that the TNPSC not publishing the APP Exam results was totally deplorable and dereliction of duty.
A Bench comprising of Justices V Ramasubramanian and V M Velumani admitted the petition.
