PUDUCHERRY: The Puducherry Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) on Monday suspended two party office-bearers for alleged anti-party activities.
PCC president A V Subramanian said, T Janarthanan, vice- president of south district and spokesperson, and Eramudi, party’s social media publicity in-charge and vice-president of Youth Congress of Embalam constituency, were suspended.
He said, Janarthanan had issued statements contradictory to the views of PCC president and the Leader of the Opposition over the demand for removal of Lieutenant Governor Kataria and had asked CM N Rangasamy to come out with clarification on the allegations made by certain organisations against the Governor seeking his removal.
