A day after a 40-year-old man was found dead with multiple injuries in Kattukollai area near Kazhanipakkam village, the Pallikonda police have arrested his two wives, both sisters, in connection with the incident. Sisters Deepa (38) and Chitra (36) were arrested for the murder of Kanniyappan. The police have also launched a search for their brothers — Muthu and Venkatesan — in the murder case. Both of the sisters were remanded in custody.
