THANJAVUR: Upset over a youth having morphed photos and blackmailing her, a 17-year-old girl attempted suicide at Sorriyanarkoil village near here, on Tuesday. The youth was later picked up for questioning by the police. Sources said P Balasubramaniyan (21), of Sooriyanarkoil near Aaduthurai, had been trying to force the girl to enter into a relationship with him for the past few days.
