'SL VISIT AIMS AT FINDING SOLUTION'

CHENNAI: In an apparent response to the opposition of MDMK general secretary Vaiko and few other political outfits to the party’s participation in the International Conference of Asian Political Parties, BJP national general secretary Muralidhar Rao who is camping in Colombo along with party colleague Vijay Jolly since Thursday, clarified that their visit to Lanka was aimed at finding a permanent solution to the fishermen issue. Muralidhar Rao, in a statement issued from Colombo also said that he and his party colleague Vijay Jolly would be extending their stay in Lanka, to meet the leaders of various Tamil outfits.
